1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the RMA instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
